top oven cold air no heat and 2 smaller hobs not heating up?

hi,this is an inherent fault with this appliance,.failure of top oven thermostat ,(part#3491498022) sometimes it takes out one of the thermal fuses .just check that you have all console lights when knobs are set to the on position .if light doesn't illuminate relating to that element then you will have to check fuses first as a precaution .however since you have operation of the fan assist ,the stat is most likely failed.this type of repair must only be undertaken by someone who knows what they're doing and possess the necessary metering equipment .I would suggest getting a engineer in,. between $40=$60 plus parts .
