Zanussi TC7102S tumble dryer not heating up?

Zanussi TC7103S condenser tumble dryer is working but not heating up, clothes are still cold and wet. I have read that it could be the element or the thermostat inside the drum being on an open circuit and needs resetting.....how do you reset it ? Any advice would be much appreciated.
