cold radiator?

The problem could be the radiator fins are clogged with sedament from the heating system . Try removing radiator and flush out.

is one of the valves thermostatically controlled? if so make sure its on the red heat setting and not green.these stats often fail . if your heating has not been fired up for a while they be more air in the system than you think ,try bleeding again untill you get a good stream of water, don't allow too much out or you may loose bar and have to top up .
