Mend Zanussi FS1555W Washing Machine Fault Door Lock

ZANUSSI AQUACYCLE 1500 (FS1555W) WON'T START?

Hi. Washing machine (as they do) working perfectly one minute then suddenly wont start,sound of door "clicks" as it tries to get going, is this likely to be a door lock fault, or something deeper within the electronic control? Someone on another forum mentioned the water level switch malfunctioning.
Any ideas? All help/suggestions greatefully received.

To all of you, the answer to your problem is the ICB (integrated circuit board) has burnt out. This results in the clicking sound of the door which seems to suggest that it hasn't locked properley. Unfortunately the problem is much more serious and will result in a new machine unless you know an ICB fundi

Hi Madpeasant I have got the same problem, is there a manual we could download perhaps?. suppose this doesn't warrant me going on your very expensive Christmas card list, oh well cest le vie, as they say down here in the plebe side of life.
