How can I fix my Kalahari gas fire?

Kalahari remote control gas fire problem again. The Indesit company got it going again (Cost in excess of £100); now 4 months later it has failed again. I have changed batteries in the remote and in the fire but still no joy. The pilot light will not ignite and so main burners will not ignite. All I can get out of it is a continual clicking noise which only disconnection of batteries in fire will stop. Any ideas ? - but I do not want to spend over £100 again with Indesit
