My Nissan Note 2006 1.4 model Boot Lock not working?

Carlos - re. your brit made switch instructions - do you know if this works for the Nissan Note too? I seem to have the same problem as others are having with their Nissan Micra.. my boot won't close properly and opens when we are driving - local nissan garage are charging £152 to fix.
