checked pressure in expansion vessel this was very low, increased pressure as requested boiler working as it should per manual.thank you.

Your boiler expension vessel faulty, try fill air to 0.9 bar and see if improve ot fit another one of 24 litre expension vessel on any heating pipe , can be fitted any where
