Mend Ford Mondeo 2.5 24v Power

engines jerky,missing,lack of power .1995 mondeo 2.5 24v?

ive just bought a used ford mondeo & it feels real
jerky,as though its missing,and it dosnt feel as though its got any power at all.One or two people have said that it could be plugs or leads,but i dont know.could someone help me please.ive wanted one of these cars for ages & finally i get one & straght away its got probs,its reall knocked the stuffing out of things .its the 2.5 v6 24v engine

hi iv go a mondeo 2.5 it had the same prob i put new plugs and leads on it and it runs fine.if thay miss fire thay lose a lot of power and run like cr*p.

depends on its history - but the plugs would be the cheapest thing to go for first.. after that leads.. after that I would get it checked properley so that your'e not throwing good money after bad . ( if those things dont fix it I mean ... obvously!)
