Mend Ford Mondeo 1.8 TDCi Coming Car

I have a 2004 mondeo and a warning light shaped like a spring sideways keeps coming on. Then the car starts losing power whilst travelling. If you turn the ignition off then straight back on it,s okay for a little while. Done relay and glowplugs plus service.
