car wont start?

Try changing the coil pack, it's located under the plastic engine cover right on the top of the engine. Try and swap with someone who has the same car as you if you can, if the car starts it's the coil pack, if not then it may be plugs etc.

Coil packs are well known for failing on the 1.6, they can be bought on E-Bay for around £30-50 or less, don't buy from Vx as they will charge around £100 for the same part. Very simple to change by the way, 5 min job with the right tools.
