How do I fix my Indesit KG 6407 cooker?

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me. My Indesit electric cooker is no longer emitting heat. The fan seems to still work as I can hear a noise and the gas hob is fine. Advice and possible costs of fixing would be very much appreciated.
