Mend Kenmore 90 series Dryer Help Turns

Dryer at startup has a rubbing and whinning sound, help?

At start my dryer whins as the drum turns, it almost sounds as if something were rubbing on the outside of the drum? Kenmore 90 seris front loading electric dryer, recently had it cleaned for excess lint build up.
