how do i install my webcam?

i have a probelm! so can anyone help me? im tryning to install a webcam and on the disk given to install the web cam it says install driver, but every time i click on that it comes up with a box saying 'the opperating system denied acess to the file'..and then gives the file name 'D:\driver\setup.exe.' what do i do?! i really want to install this webcam, but i dont no how, and theres no contact number on the box it came with.
