GE Microwave shows F-3 code?

Mine just showed F-3 code today, tried the hairdryer and it went on.although a short while later the code showed again. Once again, tried hairdryer, success!, now the microwave turns on and off intermittently. I let it run for a minute opened door and cancelled program so far it's still off any suggestions on this event??
