how can i change the gear knob on a ford fiesta finesse?

it looks like its moulded on or summit cuase there is no screw.. it is a 6th gear reverse gear system not a lift reverse. thanx

there is a split pin underneath holding it on you have to getr a special pair of grips to remove it.
