beko WM6123W?

I've tried turning the power button off, turned dial to 90 degrees, holding start for 3 seconds, keeping my finger down on start, turned power button on, kept finger on start button for 3 seconds, let go and now the start buttons still on and the wash and spin/end buttons on and my washer is now making a humming sound but the doors still locked and there's no sound of water draining through or the drum moving ... SOMEONE HELPPP! Only had the washing machine for about 4 months!
