Mend John Deere 216 Blades

John Deere 216 Blade won't spin?

I hit a rock/stump, and now one of the blades will not spin. I hand-spun 2 of the blades, but 1 of them refuses to budge. When I engage the PTO, the mower makes a very loud "eeerrrhhhh" noise.
