I dont want to shut rads down, i have thermostatic valves on rads except the bathroom which has a normal valve.
But according to the makers instructions a by-pass valve has to be fitted, incase accidentally all rads shut down at the same time whilst the heating is running and the by-pass open would let water circulate.Smudger
