Bulb for Hitachi MCB30 Microwave ?

I cant find my manual for the microwave and the bulb has blown, but I cant see where the bulb is? I thought it was under the piece of heat-proof cardboard at the right of the microwave but all I can see is some sort of round gizzmo. Can someone please tell me where the bulb is and how to get at it?
