caravan fridge, not working on electric?

just fixed my fridge (gas thermo had broken) thanks to advice received from this site. Now the electric has stopped. The green light comes on, but when on site last week it remained lit but the fridge was not cooling. Switched on to gas & it was fine. Anyone any advice??
