Mend De Dietrich DOP390

why is booster mode on De Dietrich DOP390 oven not working?

The BOOSTER mode of my De Dietrich DOP390 single oven is not bringing the oven up to temperature. Other programmes are working e.g Conventional ECO, ICS & Grill, but those programmes that require the BOOSTER are not.
Apart from checking the electric supply, we haven't tried any other remedies.
Any advice/suggestions would be most welcome.
