Mend Citroen Relay Central Locking

Citroen Relay remote central locking sync?

Does anyone know the proceedure for synchronising the remote central locking on a Citroen Relay (2003 version)?

I know how to do it for a Vauxhall Astra and am guessing that it will be similar but the combination of iginition switch and button presses I've tried don't work
