My Phone will not ring GE 21018GE3 Cordless Phone?

I'm having the same problems with the same model phone with 2 handsets. It operates fine as far as calling, receiving and caller id, it just doesn't ring.
The problem started when I had my line changed from analog to digital. I was told by the installer, the phone was not digital-compatible. I'm still searching for a way to make it work instead of putting out money for new phones.

Well there is a switch on your phone that says ring on-off and you might have accendentily turned it off.
