What are the carb adjustments for a STIHL 026?

I own a STIHL 026. I had it running, and then I touched the carb adjustments. I have left the H adjustment screw alone. I just need the L and the LA. This saw IS NOT THE PRO VERSION. The saw runs fine, when i had it running, and just needs the right adjustment. On the label of the air filter cover, it says to turn out the L screw ONE turn. I have tried that, and i cant get the right LA adjustment. Any tips or real adjustments would be appreciated.
