Mend BT synergy 2150 Cordless Phone Telephone Problem

bt synergy 2150 no tone but all is connected ok?

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

I had this yesterday. I disconnected and re-connected the phone's battery to fix it. I hope this helps!
