Mend Whirlpool 436 Completes Cycle Rinse

Whirlpool 436 Dishwasher?

My whirlpool dishwasher has 3 cycles. It completes Cycle 1 (Rinse) without any problem but Cycle 2 and 3 (65 degree washes) both cause it to blow the fuse. Any ideas what might be causing this?
