Mend Citroen C5 20 Problems Car

got a citoren c5 04 plate 2.0 litre hdi with starting problems?

the car turns when started with easy start but dies on key release and theres no throttle. Its been on a diagnostic machine and was told it had faulty wires going into the ecu checked wiring is fine changed fuses still not starting on key. Please help
