Mend Indesit WG1033TG Wash Checked Heater

Indesit WG1033TG wont do a boil wash?

I have an indesit wg1033tg that washes fine until you want to do a boil wash where it just sits there and wont get hot, I've checked the heater element and I get continuity through it , so I presume that its working, what else could it be?
