Mend Citroën C3 Pluriel Front Indicator Bulb Side

How to replace front indicator bulb on c3 pluriel ?

The bulb on the front o/s [drivers side] indicator, needs replacing i have viewed it & it do's not look to be in the headlight bulb chamber their is a plastic turn piece that is almost accesable behind the water expantion tank but not shure what to do next.
