Honda Izy mower ?

Hi
I have started to experience problem with a Honda izzy self propelled mower 18"
Started to run rough (hunting) & slight smoking and now stops.

Oil at correct level on Dip

Plate on side near carb reads:
GJAFE 2840112 MD4

Plate on blade body :
HRG 465C3 SDE
MADF

33kg


purchased from new About two years old with easy start (no choke)

otherwise always very good smooth continuous runner. Not serviced since purchased
