No Power?

I have a Hepa Proline 1800 Vacuum Cleaner,and it does not work..I have changed the fuse but no power,nothing,it just stopped whilst using it..

Most hepa machines have a thermal cutout to prevent overheating, which is usually caused by blocked filters. They are fairly labour intensive, & need thorough cleaning. If it doesn't start, from cold,there must be something more serious at fault.
