how can i fix my E63 Nokia cellphone wont turn on?

how can i fix my nokia E63 handphone when nothing happens after i press the red button to turn it on. i tried other good battries but nothing happens . i tried connecting to a wall socket charger it displayed nokia logo with a beep and also shows battry charging indicator. but it won't turn on.
