beko wm5120w washing machine quick wash and pre wash buttons not working?

Anyone give me help, my pre wash and quick wash buttons are not lighting up when i press them they got a lock underneath the two buttons anyone what that means?

The rinse button works tho.

Anyone help greatly appriciated

if it is the child lock press them both together to cancel.
some programs you set will not allow these functions to be selected.Refer to instructions
