vivaro gearbox noisy?

Hi can anyone help me on this issue i have a vivaro and the last few days up to 4th gear there is a gearbox noise which happens even going slow once i change into 5th gear no noise or then going slow dip the clutch no noise can anyone help please thanks Colin,
