Mend Peugeot 307 HDI 1.6 Help Changed Filter

please can you help i changed the fuel filter on my g/f peugeot 307 hdi 1.6 now it wont start and no fuel is getting to the filter is there a fuel cut off switch that i mite of hit by accident any where ? and on the dash board computer it keeps going into economy mode and fuel gauge keeps going to the empty on the gauge when this happens please help as need the car for work monday thank you
