My iPod has a blank white screen - any tips please?
Hi,
My iPod Model No: A1285 16GB is just showing a blank white screen. When I connect to iTunes the iPod and contents show in the iTunes menu (& music can be played via iTunes). I tried menu + select and have now also restored factory settings, but still the blank screen.
Not sure there's anything else to do, but if you don't ask, you don't find out!
