how do i reset the radio and engine?

my car was in a accident,where it rolled twice, the engine was not damaged, however when i try to start it refuses. and when i switch on the radio it requires a code. is this problem between the radio and engin related.

If it rolled twice it has proberly damaged / twisted the chassis frame it needs testing and possibly straightening (Very Expensive) or scrapping

firstly,have no idea what sort of motor you have,possibly you have a fuel cut off valve which may be activated,if the battery has been disconnected then you will need the radio code,doubt the two are related
