Mend Whirlpool 6th sense Empty Spin Fine

Whirlpool 6th sense washer wont empty?

my whirlpool 6th sense washer wont spin properly or empty, it runs through the cycle fine but then spins slow and all the clothes come out very wet.
ive checked the trap at the bottom of the washer to see if anything was stuck in there but it seems clear.
any ideas??
