simpson 1350 clothes dry not working?

"simpson 1350 sr Clothes dryer Tumbler not turning, motor runs" -- and belt is OK, both pulleys turn but it appears that there is a coupling between the pulley and the tumbler broken, an exploded parts diagram would be good.
