I reinstalled my windows but i forgot what option i chose weather to repair it or install windows without affecting files.........
Now i have 2 or 3 accounts in DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS folder and i lost everything that i had on desktop. I used software EVERYTHING to locate those files. I found each and every file but whenever i click on it shows windows cannot find E:\Documents and Settings\DENIS\desktop\file name, make sure you typed the name correctly. Then i manually went to the E:\Documents and Settings there i found that folder where the files are kept, But after double clicking, it shows that the folder is not accessible and access is denied and its property shows its size is 0. Then i used ashampoo winoptimiser 6's DISKSPACE EXPLORER and tuneup utilities’s TUNEUP DISK SPACE EXPLORER, they shows E:\Documents and Settings\DENIS folder and it shows its size as 5.43 GB(actual size). So i think i have the data but still out of my reach.
Then i used system mechanic pro's wipe free disk space. Which amazingly let me go through that blocked folder DENIS but still i am unable to run those files and from next day it again went blocked.
Any advice?

It's most probably a ownership problem. Your original folders are set with a owner that is different than you.
Right click the problem folders and sellect Properties.
Sellect the Security tab.
You'll see who have what autorisation for that folder.
ADD yourself in the top section.
Click the Advance parameters button. Sellect the Owner tab.
Sellect your identity.
Click the box "Replace owner of sub-containers and objects".
Click OK. Click OK.
You should now have ownership of your former folders and files.
