Expand the glass bowl by putting it in fairly hot water - not too hot else it may crack it. Once it has expanded the ceramic bowl should drop out when you turn it over.
Alternatively hold the glass bowl upside down under warm running water. Be ready to catch the ceramic bowl when it falls out as the glass one expands. Wear suitable gloves to protect your hands.

try putting them upside down in a basin full of water over night , and see if they will shift, or try spraying them, were their stuck with wd40 , and move them a little at a time,,
