Puegeot J5 2.5 diesel alternator belts?

How do I replace the 4 belts that drive the alternator, vacuum pump ? the middle 2 wont fit onto the pulley wheel as there's no gap.

I've recentely done this. Undo the six hex bolts on the drive pulley, this allows you to get the belts off, and the new ones on. I used loctite on the threads when I put it back. Don't forget to replace the locking ring for the central nut.
