My two alarm keypads suddenly powered off at the same time (stay off to this day,) and the alarm went off. I had to pull the speaker wire from the panel to turn the alarm off. I also replaced the battery and checked the AC; I also unplugged the AC transformer, then plugged it back. however, both keypads are still not powered???
Acorn, are they in the alarm control panel, or in the keypads?
The AC power is OK at the AC terminal in the alarm control panel. But there is no power at the two keypads.
