Mend York Pacer 3701 Working Start Power

York Pacer 3701 treadmill not working?

The running mat does not engage when i start it however there is power to it and all the displays work as they should. The manual says to reset the treadmill circuit breaker. Had a look under the covers cannot see anything obvious to press or reset.
