Mend Tecnik HB2T12TO Model Fan Light

Tecnik cooker?

Hi,

My Tecnik cooker (Model HB2T12TO I think) has a fault.
The element does not come on, the fan does not operate and the internal light does not come on.

Its not fuses and the cooker has been used very little.

our dial knobs have came off they go back on but do not turn the heat temperature down, how can i get replacements or fix it please
