There is only one filter, it's fitted under the tank, easier to access by removing the rear passenger side wheel. Remember to use an axle stand for safety.
The hoses connect to the filter using push-on fittings which can be a right pain to unclip if you don't have the correct tool. The clips in the fittings can be squeezed in using a small screwdriver but it is very fiddly.
Best to de-pressurise the fuel system before removing the filter, by bleeding out at the schraeder valve on the fuel rail.
Make sure the new filter is fitted the right way round, there is usually a 'direction of flow' arrow on the side.
