Mend Halstead CBX32 Central Heating Plumber Boiler

CH problem with my Halstead CBX32?

CH was turned off many weeks ago. But it has decided to come on by its own accord, so now I have to turn the boiler off at the mains when their will be no one at home. Has any one got any suggestions on how to fix this problem. The plummer does not seem to have much idea. HELP!
