I hope you can help me as I have very little spare money and can't afford to call out a plumber. I have no hot water at all. I have a Halstead Ace High Combi boiler, when I turn on the hot taps in the house the boiler tries to fire up the burner and sometimes I see the piolet light flame appear but then goes out straight away therefore not getting chance to heat up the water. It tries repeatedly but the flame always goes out after a second or two! The central heating when tried is the same! Any advide you could give me will be most welcome! Thankyou.
When I turn on my heating or hot water nothing happens it doesn't try to ignite. Electric light on the boiler is solid. I had a problem with the diapragm before and got it replaced and it worked but this is just not doing anything?

Thanks K for the advice. I have replaced the diapragm as mentioned in other posts, but unfortunately I still have no hot water!

Your boiler may have flame not staying on after start.
you need expert as this is not diy for you. you may better of replacing the boiler as repairing these type of boiler is ongoing problem once it starts
