can you do an oil change on a suzuki ap50 scooter 99 model?

there is no sump bolt as the bike does not have a sump,its a two stroke engine and has just a small amount of 2 stroke oil injected into it via a small pipe from the oil pump,there is a small gearbox assembly at the very rear of the engine that holds about 100ml of ep90 gear oil there is a drain and filler bolt there but you have to take the transmission cover off to see it if memory serves me well.
