You can get a kit to tell you if the antifreeze needs to be changed, that well know store that starts with H will do one, BUT if you are not using it much, why not just drain the coolant out, No water in the system, so you cannot get freeze damage, Put some water in when you want to run it up. when all is fine, drain again, just water then, so let it run away. Does not take that long to fill the radiator in an emergency, if you need it, normal water will do for a short time, Only time to wory about antifreeze, is if is is freezing. And if it is in a garage, needs to be below freezing in the garage, before you need to worry.
